Shipping Policy
At Rocko Graphics, every order is printed on demand just for you — which means your shirt, mug, or poster doesn't exist until you order it. We think that's kind of magical. It also means a short production window before your order ships.
Production Time
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During peak periods (holidays, new design launches) this may extend slightly — we'll always communicate any delays by email.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately and arrive in different packages, as each item is printed to order. Don't panic if one arrives before another — they're all on their way.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), please contact us at cleach9985@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate and make it right.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
