Returns & Refund Policy

Every Rocko Graphics product is made to order — printed specifically for you when your order comes in. This means we don't hold inventory, and it also means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please double-check our size guides before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we'll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund — no need to send the item back. To be eligible, please contact us at cleach9985@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

We'll review it and get a resolution sorted as quickly as possible.

Wrong Size or Color We're unable to offer reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was selected at checkout, so please review your order carefully before placing it.

Print Placement For direct-to-garment printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement — minor variations in placement are not considered defects.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid address being provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window and tracking shows no movement, contact us and we'll investigate.

Unsuccessful Delivery In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
